We at Bald Eagle Security take our job very seriously. Therefore, we do everything possible to make sure that our security officers are the best on the market with respect to training, professionalism, responsibility, attitude, tact, customer service skills, sobriety, integrity and uniform appearance. To develop and retain multitasking customer orientated professionals is our main priority and the greatest asset of  Bald Eagle Security.

All our officers are licensed through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and go through extensive background checks with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and California Department of Justice. We administrate a minimum of two interviews prior to hire and a mandatory 100% drug test on every potential employee (as well as random after hire).

When assigned to a specific site all our officers attend thorough training conducted by the COO or an experienced Field Supervisor. In addition we constantly implement continuing education to include Public Relations, Communications Skills, Verbal Judo Technique, Handling Difficult People and First Aid/CPR course with numbered Certificates issued.  

We take every step possible to make sure that our officers are always ready to do what it takes to protect your assets in a professional manner. 

Bald Eagle Security has earned an outstanding reputation with the owners and property managers of some of the most prestigious condominiums, apartment complexes and construction sites in San Diego County. As an active member and sponsor of the San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA) and the Building Owners and Manager’s Association (BOMA), we stay abreast of the concerns of local business and building owners, and pass that down to our officers through ongoing training in areas such as:

Our officers come equipped with; Uniforms (two to choose from depending on your needs), handcuffs, Mag-light and a Cell phone with direct connect walky-talky and GPS tracking, with reports which can be accessed on line. The officers on duty are backed up by patrolling, highly experienced Field Supervisors who, in an emergency, can be at the site within minutes.
